Who these terms are for
These terms apply between Raya Software Limited ("LastTable") and you as a sales agent (an individual) or a partner (a company or agency with its own sales agents) who introduces restaurants to LastTable. You are not an employee of LastTable and you cannot sign anything on our behalf.
What you do
- Introduce restaurants to LastTable honestly, using your own link or QR code.
- Never collect payments, passwords, bank details or identity documents from a restaurant.
- Never make promises about bookings, revenue or prices that are not on our website.
- Follow the law on marketing and privacy, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
Attribution
A restaurant counts for you when it signs up or claims its listing through your link within 30 days of opening it (the last link opened counts) and we verify it. One partner per restaurant. We may correct an attribution, with a note, when it is wrong.
Commission
€15 for each verified restaurant sign-up and €15 more when it goes live, paid by bank transfer within 14 days of the event. For partner companies, commission for the work of their sales agents is paid to the company, at the default amounts or the amounts agreed with that partner. Nothing is due for a sign-up that is revoked, rejected or disputed and upheld before payment.
Payments and tax
We pay into the account you give in LastTable Partners. New details can be used 48 hours after they are saved. You are responsible for your own tax. TODO(accountant): whether withholding or contractor invoices apply.
Your data
We use your application and partner details to review your application, run the programme and pay you. Rejected applications are deleted after 90 days. See the privacy notice for your rights.
Ending
Either side can end the partnership at any time. Commission already due for verified restaurants is still paid. We may end it at once for misconduct.
