Pilot restaurant agreement

Version 2026-10-17. This page sets out the main terms restaurants accept when they add their restaurant in LastTable Business. For the complete text, email partners@lasttable.ie and we will send it to you before you sign up.

What LastTable provides

A marketplace where diners in Dublin find your restaurant and book tables in real time, and LastTable Business to manage tables, hours, bookings, guests, Flash Tables and promotion. Diners pay you directly: the meal contract is between the diner and you, and LastTable never takes payment for meals.

Fees

• €6 excluding VAT for each completed first visit: a diner who books through LastTable, has never visited you through LastTable before and completes the visit. No other commission.
• Never charged: walk-ins and bookings you enter yourself, cancellations, no-shows, repeat visits and guests on your known-guest list.
• No subscription fee during the pilot. We give at least 30 days' notice before any fee applies, and you can leave before it does.
• Promotion credits are optional, prepaid and have no cash value.

Invoices and disputes

One invoice a month to your billing email, due within 14 days. You can dispute a fee in LastTable Business within 7 days of the visit. Issued invoices are corrected only by credit note.

Your obligations

• Keep tables, opening hours and booking rules accurate and honour confirmed bookings.
• Apply the Flash Tables offers you publish to every diner who books them.
• Keep your name, description, address, photos and prices accurate, and only upload photos you may use.
• Mark bookings Seated, Completed or No-show honestly and promptly.
• Give us your trader details (legal name, address, phone, email, company and VAT number) and keep them up to date.

Verification before you go live

Your restaurant stays hidden from diners until we have verified that you run it (by a code to an email address on your restaurant's own website, or by our team, usually with a call to its public phone number) and you have switched on "Visible to diners".

Data, ranking and complaints

LastTable is the controller for diner accounts; you receive booking details to serve your guests. How restaurants are ordered and how to complain is explained on How ranking works; personal data in the privacy notice.

Changes and leaving

We give at least 15 days' notice of changes to these terms. You can end the agreement on 14 days' notice, or straight away if you don't accept a change. Bookings already confirmed stay valid.
