LastTable

LastTable for restaurants

An AI growth manager that fills quiet tables, and asks you first

Free to hire. You pay 5 credits (≈€1) only per returning diner it brings back who completes their visit. First-time diners pay the usual €6 customer acquisition fee instead, never both.

How it works

You stay in charge

  1. Set it up in three steps

Choose a goal (filling quiet slots is the default), a weekly target of extra diners, and guardrails: the days and hours it may work, perks or a capped discount, and a weekly credit cap. You see a predicted range before you commit.

  2. Approve, edit or skip

Each proposal shows the time window, the offer, who it goes to, the expected diners and the most it can cost, with a one-line reason. Nothing goes live until you approve it, unless you allow auto-approval for small proposals under a cap you set.

  3. See what really happened

Results count completed visits only, and compare the slots it worked with similar quiet slots it left alone, so you can see the difference it made rather than a vendor estimate.

The Growth page in LastTable Business: hire your growth manager, with its price and guardrails

LastTable Business with a fictional demo restaurant.

Guardrails built in

  • Perks before discounts; discounts are never above 25%
  • A hard weekly credit cap it can never go over
  • Messages go only to diners who opted in to offers
  • Pause it or let it go at any time
What it costs
Hiring is free. It charges 5 credits (≈€1) per returning diner who comes back through one of its offers and completes the visit. Every credit amount in the dashboard is shown with its money value. Credit packs start at 100 credits for €20 (pilot placeholder prices).
