Questions
Will I ever get a surprise bill?
No. Credits are spent only when an action runs. At zero, actions that use credits pause until your next monthly credits arrive or you top up. Your listing and bookings never stop.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits renew at the start of each paid month and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire. Trial credits expire 30 days after your first sign-in to LastTable Business.
Which credits are used first?
Plan credits first, then trial credits, then top-up credits, so the credits that expire soonest are used before the ones that never expire.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply straight away, with the difference prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free.
What is the €6 fee per new diner?
You pay €6 only when a diner who is new to you books through LastTable and completes the visit. Regulars, every later visit, walk-ins and phone bookings you add yourself, cancellations and no-shows are never charged. The fee is the same on every plan.
Does the claim offer still apply?
Yes. Verified owners still get their first €200 of LastTable fees free, on any plan.
How do I pay?
On the web, by card or SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe, with a VAT invoice. In the iPhone or Android app, through the App Store or Google Play. A plan bought in one place is managed there.
Is the price per restaurant?
Yes. Plans are per venue, not per user: your whole team uses the same plan. Groups with several venues can ask about Enterprise.
